How did you get started in the industry? 

It runs in the family. I have four brothers and a sister, we grew up in Chinchilla and we all work in Civil Construction or Mining. One of my brothers was working as an operator at RSA and now my sister has just started too! 

What attracted you to RSA? 

The training. I’m completing my Cert 3 in Civil Construction and there are so many opportunities at RSA. People in the team actually take time out of their day to teach you.  

What’s camp life like? 

I like it. You’re well looked after. There’s a gym, lunch and dinner are provided, and there are lots of different people to meet.  

What advice do you have for females coming into the industry? 

Be open-minded and be confident. Don’t doubt yourself.
