Other Projects

Grassdale Feedlot Expansion

Mort & Co

RSA has progressively delivered multiple stages of development at the Grassdale Feedlot for Mort & Co.

Works have included upgrades to sections of the access road, construction of feedlot pens and associated foundations, and the development of a 183 ML holding pond. Additional scope involved the construction of water storage dams, weirs, and the modification of sediment ponds, drains, and drainage networks.

The project also encompassed the delivery of concrete structures, more than

2 million cubic metres of bulk earthworks, on-site pavement crushing, cement stabilisation, and construction of a grain bunker pad and associated infrastructure. Concrete placement for feed bunks and aprons was optimised through the use of RSA’s in-house mobile batch plant.

RSA’s quarry management activities included the drill and blast of over 400,000 tonnes of pavement material, supporting efficient and cost-effective delivery of the works.
