Tethys Dam

RSA was engaged by Senex Energy to deliver the Tethys 600 ML HDPE-lined brine storage dam, a critical component of Senex’s produced water management strategy. The project encompassed complex bulk earthworks and specialised containment infrastructure, delivered in accordance with stringent safety, quality and environmental standards.

Key works included approximately 300,000 m³ of bulk earthworks, installation of 82,000 m² of HDPE liner incorporating integrated leak detection systems, construction of an emergency spillway, and development of both internal and external access roads. Comprehensive site rehabilitation was also undertaken, including the implementation of permanent erosion and sediment control measures to support long-term stability and environmental compliance. All activities were executed in alignment with Senex’s operational requirements and project specifications.
